Come learn the art of mixing drinks – all the liquor, fresh ingredients, ice, mixers, and glassware will be fully provided by us for a hassle-free experience. All you need to focus on is how to make good cocktails, and learn the mixed drink recipes.

Guests can take the opportunity to be their own master mixologists, under the expert guidance of our mixologists. The workshop format can be easily adjusted to cater to larger parties. For instance, we can hold multiple sessions, or split each class up into groups.

Molecular cocktails were first created in the kitchen, with molecular gastronomy chefs like Ferran Adria and Heston Blumenthal kickstarting the trend. As it caught on, pioneers such as mixologist Tony Conigliaro took it behind the bar, having collaborated with Blumenthal, Eben Klemm, Eben Freeman and Angel Chocano.

Cocktail caviar, multi-coloured layered cocktails with foams and bubbles, leather- and cigar-infused cocktails, powdered cocktails flavoured ice spheres, frozen ‘nitro’ cocktails, cocktail popsicles, cocktail glasses filled with cotton candy and much more! Over at Mixes From Mars, we’re incorporating the same techniques used by top chefs in our mobile bar services. By employing different techniques and equipments, we’re able to alter textures and also enhance the flavours of our cocktails. This translates to more fun and entertainment at your party!

Interactive, new, and fun, like choosing a Yong Tau Foo



We call it the Yong Tau Foo Booth a good reason, it works in a similar fashion. Guests get to grab the fruits and/or spices they want, let us know their alcohol preference and whether they want it more on the sweet or the sour side. What they get is a drink based on their creation. A word of advice, sometimes less is more.

Watch as your guests gets intrigued by the elaborate setup of fresh food and ingredients and think hard about what they want in a drink, sometimes what they think might pop up will instead be something more interesting. This will leave them coming back for more as they try the different permutations of ingredients available.

Mixes from Mars is stashed with a large inventory of professional and customisable mobile bars. Each of our foldable portable bar is  armed with ice bins, a stainless steel speed rack and front panel led light box, enabling you to deliver a modern, sleek and yet totally functional for bartenders. A foldable design also means that it is fully mobile, making them easy to store, and are completely modular, enabling one to build up and join pieces for multiple functional configurations. The LED light box is also fully customisable with multiple colored lights, and the option to mount a sticker. LEDS run on a 240v supply.

The LED Polyethylene Bar

The LED polyethylene Bar is a common sight in many events due to its multi faceted led colour displays, and its ease of customisation. With its relatively small size, the bars could be easily configurable to different events and setups. Its polyethlene illuminated surface also allows for a design or branding sticker to be mounted on. It is also weather proof and relatively light which allows for ease of transportation. LED lights are also wirefree as the bars run fully on rechargeable batteries which lasts up to 8 hours.

If you have extra bottles of liquors sitting at home and are thinking of innovative ways to clear them, our mixologists are available for dry hire where we make the concoctions with your stock at your party, just let us know what you currently have in your stash and our bartenders for hire will come up with the mobile bar services we can provide based on the preferences of having a customized menu or bespoke cocktails.

Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. We at Mixes From Mars understand that and we are on hand to provide the drinks you believe best suits your theme. Our mobile bar services have the usual beers that are well loved generally  or those from craft breweries that are bound to be well loved by your guests.

Add a touch of classiness to your party with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Noir, just let us know beforehand and we’ll be able to arrange a tasting to ensure the wine is of the right type for your guests.

The basic building blocks of every cocktails have their own form as well, it is normal to be sipping on a Rum and Coke or a Gin Tonic. Let your guests try the basics first and perhaps a suggestion would be to introduce them to a different kind of Gin, paired with an exquisite Tonic Water with its flavours enhanced with a slice of grapefruit. Simplicity sure does look sophisticated after all.



Even designated drivers get a say




As “Drinks for every occasion” is our slogan, to not provide for the minority would be a sin to us. Be it an allergy or an underage party, our mixologists are able to provide mocktails of the same quality as our cocktails. Or you could cater to both the angel and devil and provide both cocktails and mocktails at your event. With us being your drinks caterer, there will definitely be a drink for everyone.

Other than mocktails, we do provide juices and soft drinks if guests aren’t so keen on the cocktails and mocktails. Not to worry as we are able to accede to your requests if they require specific non-alcoholic drinks such as a certain brand of soda or tonic water.
