Last month, Fossil Singapore came to us and asked if we could come up with some drinks for their product launch. The product involved was their Fossil Q Smartwatches. The drinks had to keep to the theme of orange and yellow while also being mocktails as the event was held in public for their customers.
We came up with the Q Aspro which was on the sour side and consisted of mango, freshly squeezed lemon juice, yuzu and berries air. Berries Air involved berries tea mixes with stabilizers, then bubbled up with a pump to produce the Air. It gives a different dimension to the drink as people will get the light taste of the tea before reaching the mocktail itself. The idea came from our experiments with molecular mixology about 2 years ago and we have been using it in some of our cocktails ever since.
The secondary drink was the Q Dolce, which is the sweeter of the 2 mocktails and consisted of freshly squeezed orange juice, vanilla, passion fruit topped with soda water. It is then garnished with lychee spheres.
Our mocktails were served at MBS and JEM’s Fossil’s stores and the crowd was quite good for both days! We are looking forward to working with the Fossil team again to come up with more tipple for their products!
